Urban League of Broward County
Founded in 1975 as an affiliate of the National Urban League, the Urban League of Broward County is a community based organization dedicated to empowering communities and changing lives in the areas of education, jobs, housing, and health.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County
Since 1965, it has been the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.Our goal is to provide world-class Club experiences that assure success is within reach of every child who walks through our doors. We want all members to graduate from high school with a plan for the future; demonstrate good character and citizenship by participating in leadership training and volunteering in community service projects; and engage in sports and activities that promote a healthy lifestyle.
This National Association leads the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes. In 2012, Paton Marketing built a website for this organization at no cost for the “American Diabetes Miami Father of the Year Event”. Todd Paton has been a board member of the American Diabetes Association of Miami and also a member of the Father of the Year Committee for two years.
Biscayne Bay Kiwanis Club
For more than 60 years, the Biscayne Bay Kiwanis Club, one of South Florida’s leading community service organizations, has offered individuals and corporations the opportunity to serve the youth of South Florida. In 2010, Paton Marketing built the Biscayne Bay Kiwanis Club website and continues to make updates on an ongoing basis. Todd Paton served as Vice President and in 2014, became President Elect of the Biscayne Bay Kiwanis Cub.
BNI is a business and professional organization that allows only one person from each profession to join the chapter. BNI has a Charitable Coordinator in most of their chapters. In 2011 through 2012, Todd Paton was named the Charitable Coordinator for his chapter, Biscayne Connection, as well as the Charitable Ambassador of BNI Miami-Dade. Todd organized and was active in 16 charity events over the two years he served as Charitable Coordinator.
Lotus House is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of homeless women, youth and children. The Paton Marketing team volunteered on multiple occasions at the Lotus House and donated thousands of diapers to the mothers in need.
The Chapman Partnership
The Chapman Partnership helps the homeless by providing a comprehensive support program that includes emergency housing, meals, health, dental and psychiatric care, day care, job training, job placement and assistance in securing stable housing. Todd Paton has volunteered over 40 hours at the Chapman partnership from 2011 to the present. Activities include feeding the residents and reading books to children.
Neat Stuff provides free “brand new” clothing, shoes, accessories and gifts to meet some of the basic needs of abused, neglected and other children in distress, allowing them to dress with pride and dignity, inspiring their self worth. The Paton Marketing team has volunteered many hours at Neat Stuff helping fold clothes as well as donating hundreds of book bags and school clothes through Biscayne Bay Kiwanis Club.
The Miami-Dade Chapter of Score is dedicated to helping small businesses grow and prosper. SCORE has programs for owners of existing businesses seeking expert advice, and for entrepreneurs starting a new business. Todd Paton became a counselor for SCORE in 2010 and has volunteered over 200 hours since. Todd continues to do his monthly workshop “Dominate My Industry” for SCORE.
Greater Miami Visitor and Convention Bureau (GMCVB) is a private, not-for-profit sales and marketing organization. It is a private-public partnership with more than 1,000 private business members and four local governments: Miami-Dade, City of Miami Beach, City of Miami and the Village of Bal Harbour. Paton Marketing donated website work and designed an email for the 2010 New Year’s Big Orange Event.
